Meet the famous Leprechaun, Joe Herr. He'll be at the parade on Sunday March 15, 2026.

Joe Herr, aka, Sean Patrick is a Leprechaun with personality and goodness of immeasurable proportion! His eyes sparkle with mischief, he is wise beyond his years, and his heart glows with vast goodness. He mysteriously appeared into our lives, and we haven’t been the same since!

When he isn’t spreading Leprechaun cheer, Joe is creating smiles on the faces of children with disabilities through the foundation established in his son’s name. Logan’s Heart and Smiles was started in 2002, after Logan’s death from complications from pneumonia and cerebral palsy. Joe and countless volunteers have helped over 200 children with a disability, live a safe and accessible life at home through custom modifications such as wheelchair ramps, bathroom modifications, fences, custom beds, and more.
